Information to Provide:

• Tank Overview
  Tell us about your setup: Tank size, lighting, filtration, and any notable equipment.

• Current Livestock
  What corals, fish, or invertebrates are currently in your tank? This information allows us to recommend compatible additions for your reef.

• Coral Preferences & Wish List
  Share your preferred species, colors, sizes, and standout corals you’d like us to incorporate into your curated collection.

• Goals for Your Reef
  What look or outcome are you hoping to achieve? Example: centerpiece corals, more movement, rare collector pieces, filling open space, etc.

• Tank Insights
  Please share any additional details about your tank, such as previous issues, special requirements, or unique features that may influence our recommendations.

• Budget Range
  What price range would you like us to work within? We’ll focus on options that match your desired investment level.

• Inspiration
  Share corals, color schemes, arrangements, or anything else that inspires you. Uploading images helps us capture your vision and bring your dream reef to life.

Process & Experience:

• Consultation: Enjoy a free one-on-one consultation to explore your wish list and options.

• Deposit: Should you decide to proceed, a deposit will be required. The amount varies by your chosen tier (listed below) and will be applied toward your final order total. Please note: This deposit is not for the corals themselves—it secures the time and effort we dedicate to sourcing your corals. Placing a deposit does not guarantee item availability. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

• Coral Sourcing: Based on your consultation, we’ll handpick corals that match your specifications for your review and selection.

• Compatibility Check: Ensure new additions are compatible with your existing tank inhabitants.

• Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on the specifics of each concierge order.

• Final Payment: Once your selections are finalized, full payment is required upfront to secure your items. Please review your choices carefully, as confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or canceled.

• Observation & Shipment: Upon arrival, your items are carefully evaluated and observed for a minimum of seven days to ensure their overall health and vitality. We provide updates throughout the process, and once approved, your items are shipped on your selected date.

• Follow-Up: We'll check in periodically to ensure your new additions are flourishing and provide any additional support needed.
