⚙️Process & Experience

• Consultation Every search begins with a complimentary consultation to review your wish list and define the course for your collection,

• Sourcing Deposit
  To begin your custom search, a sourcing deposit is required based on your chosen tier. This is not an additional fee—the full amount is applied toward your final order total.

• Coral Sourcing

  Based on your consultation, we’ll handpick corals that match your specifications for your review and selection.

• Availability & Securing Your Selections

  All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved without payment. As you confirm your selections, you may choose to pay for each item individually to secure it right away or wait until you’ve finished making your selections to submit payment. Items remain available to other buyers until payment is received. Placing a sourcing deposit does not guarantee item availability.

  Final Invoice & Shipping Costs

  Once your selections are complete, you’ll receive a final invoice reflecting your full order, including all items, applicable discounts, your sourcing deposit, and any Jewel Lagoon credits. Please review your selections carefully, as confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or canceled. Shipping costs are calculated based on the specifics of each Concierge order.

• Observation & Shipment

  Your selected corals are first shipped to us, where they are carefully evaluated and observed for a minimum of five days to ensure their overall health and vitality, with updates provided throughout the process. Once the observation period is complete and your corals are ready for release, they’ll be shipped to you on your selected date or you can pick them up locally in Nashville, TN.

• Follow-Up

  We'll check in to ensure your new additions are flourishing and provide any additional support needed.

• The Finishing Touch

  To commemorate your experience with us, every concierge order includes a digital keepsake—a signature memento featuring your name and curated selections. (Design and presentation may vary.)
